Job Description:

• Application software analyst responsible for production Support of Sales applications running on multiple platforms (mobile device, servers).
• Consultant will be working closely with Help Desk and customers to resolve issues.
• Analyst will also be responsible for root-cause analysis of issues and code development to resolve issues.

• Analyst will work cross-team to find solutions to customer issues.

Skill Sets:

• Strong trouble-shooting and customer service skills.

• Database like SQL, C#, .Net compact framework, UNIX, Windows Mobile computing skills (CE).

Required Qualifications: College degree. Minimum 3 years experience in C#.Net ,compact framework, UNIX,

Must Skill: Windows Mobile Computing skills (CE) Such as Ex: Windows CE (or) Windows mobile
