My client a highly progressive manufacturing facility has a need for Project Manager who has VERY strong ERP implementation experiece working on the iseries AS400 system.

Responsibilities: *Investigate, clarify, and document departmental and corporate business processes paying particular attention to those processes unique to the business. *Identify business practices that give operational or strategic advantage *Review current business system to determine stability, growth potential, business suitability, and reliability *Create project plan for evaluation process *Prepare regular progress updates *Develop professional relationship with existing and potential software and/or hardware vendors *Author, distribute, and analyze Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Quotation (RFQ) documents as necessary *In partnership with the IS team, present recommendations

Experience *Experience in documenting existing business practices and systems *3-5 years utilizing IBM iSeries (AS/400) *7+ years evaluating, installing and modifying packaged ERP systems including Accounting, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, Costing, etc. *5+ years as Project Manager on complex projects
