Interactive Business Systems, Inc. (IBS) is looking to add qualified Desktop Support/Help Desk candidates for contract to hire openings in Cincinnati, OH.

Qualified candidates will be able to serve both roles of desktop support and help desk duties. This will serve both initial support and some escalated support within a Microsoft Windows environment. Candidates will service both hardware and software issues and customer service will be critical in this role. A+ certifications are desired.
