Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

Duration: 18 Months

Location: Charlotte, NC 28201 – 704

• Manage activities pertaining to Overlapping Markets.
• Point of contact to represent Brokerage.

• Work with Test Lead to ensure Brokerage OLM readiness.

Description

• This individual would be responsible for managing projects through the entire project management life cycle (i.e. initiate through project close-out)
• This individual will also be responsible for some analyst type tasks (e.g. requirement gathering and documenting, test planning, etc.).
• Provide team management to use resources effectively with defined roles and timely feedback
• Develop and maintain project plan
• Issue tracking, resolution and escalation to ensure project delivery
• Provide direction and set priorities to deliver to plans/budget and resolve day-to-day project team issues

• Collaborate with senior level business and IT resources to ensure that the strategy, planning and delivery approach will achieve the desired end results

Required Skills:

• Minimum seven years of related IT project management experience
• Demonstrated on-the-job experience delivering on-time projects within budget that meet the following characteristics: 15+ project team members, a budget greater than $5 million with high visibility by Senior Management and cross department/line of business sponsorship.
• Personal competencies include problem solving, adaptability, organizational skills, management skills, self-development, teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
• IT business competencies include business acumen, project leadership, relationship management, and industry knowledge

• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills, strong skills in MS Office tools, and project management tools
