Strong Project Management and Leadership skills is a MUST!!!! Experience in Healthcare/Financials Preferred.

Minimum 3 years of software architect, design/development experience, with majority of recent experience in the Healthcare industry.

Past VB.NET development experience in various projects is a must. WinForms Exp a MUST!!!!!

N-tier application experience with windows user interface, business logic and data access layer is strongly preferred.

SQL database experience that includes working with relational databases, queries and views. Stored Procedure exp a must !

Detail oriented with strong emphasis on programming standards and thorough testing.

Design and develop code for Client*s business applications.

Debug, test, and troubleshoot written components.

Provide maintenance and support for new and existing applications.
Document and communicate design and application code to others on work team.

Apply Client programming standards, methodologies, and techniques to assure that code manageability and consistency is achieved.

Work with other developers, development managers, QA testers, and business analysts to ensure that technical and functional requirements, performance goals, and application and development standards are met.

Participate in design and implementation meetings, progress and status meetings, and code reviews.

Effective organizational skills, demonstrated by ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and attentive to details

Maintain confidentiality of company*s source code, product designs, and other proprietary and strategic information.

Must have project planning and software development/implementation experience (Full Life Cycle experience).

Setting up and managing team.

Strong problem solving and analytical skills
