This position is needed to do project management on the on-going Unemployment Insurance Tax system projects. Applicant must have experience leading the design and development of new business systems, with a focus on the integration of existing internal and external systems. Applicant must have experience with the design, construction, testing, and deployment of IT infrastructure components and architecture. Applicant must have strong knowledge of application development life cycle and project management skills including time tracking, task management, communication, customer relationship management. Applicant must also have experience in the construction of business objects and user-interface screens utilizing the following: VB.NET, Oracle, PL/SQL, Object Oriented development concepts, XML, and testing and debugging. Must have complex, multi-platform experience.
