The Program Manager will be responsible for the following:
? Leading and managing all aspects of the Government program
Reporting information required under the Basic Contract accurately, thoroughly and on time
? Understanding the RFP and prepare a technical and pricing documentation for response
Resolving issues related to Order performance under the Basic Contract.
? Identify teaming partners as an when required for the project, attend technical and commercial meetings with teaming partners.
? Involve in writing a response to the RFP.
Direct Subject Matter Experts and other resources in bidding and execution.
? Attend government meetings and conferences as necessary
Coordinating with Government on all matters relating to the Program.
? Provide expertise in registration with Government agencies and there various programs.
Developing and nurturing relationships with Government to identify and influence potential task order opportunities
Developing and nurturing relationships with Government leaders
Required Skills
? 8 to 10 years experience managing million-dollar Federal programs for a Federal contractor organization.
? Experience in developing teaming arrangements for different projects or contracts.
? Experience as program manager on GSA schedules
? Experience managing programs and delivery orders.
? Experienced managing multiple contractors / subcontract team members.
? Experienced sourcing and managing teaming partners and teaming arrangements.
? Track record of establishing program management office.
? Strong executive presence and communication skills.
? Experience in proposal writing for State or Federal RFPs.
? Demonstrated ability to exert collaborative influence working in matrix organization.
Required Experience
? BS Degree in Technical or Business field mandatory
? Masters Degree in Business or Technical field desirable
? PMP or CMM Certification desired
