This position is in Memphis and is Full Time.

The Manager, Information Technology will be responsible for the company’s server, network, storage and telecom environments. This will include design, procurement, installation, testing, and ongoing maintenance and monitoring.

• Prefer someone with Hands on experience as well as management experience
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Server environments
• Knowledge of VMWare and Citrix server environments
• Strong technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols and standards
• Skilled in understanding the financial implication of all management decisions
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems through analytical reasoning
• Ability to maximize the performance of people and/or equipment
• Ability to make operating decisions in conformance with budget limitations
• Knowledge of enterprise storage SAN environments
• General knowledge of telecom hardware and VOIP technology
• Ability to successfully manage and prioritize multiple ongoing projects

• Ability to communicate management decisions to achieve understanding and acceptance
