Program Manager needed for a contract to hire opportunity located in
Memphis,TN.

This role will support top application initiatives which will leverage
project management and agile software development methodologies to
significantly increase the frequency and timeliness of delivering new
application capabilities. The objective of the role is to help facilitate
excellent and clear communications about requirements, tasking, scope and
schedule to ensure the optimal function of development teams in delivering
new capabilities.

Required Skills
-Ability to act as a champion for Project Management and software Agility
(Extreme Programming, SCRUM, Lean Software Development, etc.)throughout the
organization.
-Expert knowledge of Project and Program Management methodology, tools and
techniques
-Strong tactical planning and leadership skills
-Effective communication, negotiation, conflict resolution capabilities
-Advanced understanding of corporate environment and objectives and ability
to propose solutions for their achievement
-Expert knowledge of PM methodology, tools and techniques
-Advanced leadership and general management skills
-Understanding of development technologies such as C++, Java 2, and RDBMS
platforms.
-Strong understanding of SOA principles
