Implementation Manager

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Implementation Manager to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
This individual will be responsible for leading the implementation activities for a large statewide system implementation. The Implementation Manager will interact with the client and internal projects teams to:
-Manage projects through implementation by working closely with IT and business units to ensure project deliverables are met
-Plan, organize & direct project team toward upcoming project assignments
-Communicate critical success factors between company and client
-Understand potential challenges and manage them effectively
-Track project status & schedules, communicate and drive timelines
-Influence strategy and development of internal business processes
-Identify client needs (even when not well articulated) and provide appropriate solutions
-Ensure completion of readiness testing
-Provide organizational change management
-Manage all pre-implementation activities and ensure successful go-live
We are actively speaking with applicants that have strong experience in the following:
Large scale system implementations
-Strong Project Management skills - PMP preferred
-Solid technical background in web-based applications
-Strong communicator
-Client facing experience (consulting background a plus)
-Ability to work overtime required
-Experience with Government contracts a plus
