full time SAP HR ESS/MSS Consultant

TIG, Inc a high quality and cost effective SAP implementation company is currently looking for an very experienced SAP HR ESS (Employee Self Service) MSS (Manager Self Service) consultant for one of our major clients.

Duties:

  • Analyze and map clients business requirements to SAP

functionality.

  • Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and

instruction on ESS/MSS functionality.

  • Configuration.

  • Acts as a liaison for troubleshooting: investigates, analyzes, and

solves configuration issues problems.

  • Advice the client regarding best practices.

SKills Required:

  • 2-5 years SAP PA, PD, OM.
  • Minimum of 2+ yrs experience with SAP HR ESS/MSS module.

  • Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis,

configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.

  • Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues

across the HR/ESS/MSS module in a hands-on manner is critical.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Should have end-to-end implementation experience in

understanding the remaining critical milestones and deliverables
for a successful Go-Live

Rate : Market. (Inclusive)

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months (possible extension)
