DFG is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Salt Lake City team, as a Network Administrator. The ideal candidate shall possess excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This position offers advancement opportunities for qualified candidates, and requires strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

# Virtualization maintenance and support.
# SAN infrastructure maintenance and support.
# Install and maintain servers/networking infrastructure (servers, switches, routers and hubs)
# Develop and publish metrics on the reliability of network/server infrastructure.
# Perform routine and schedule preventative maintenance.
# Install, upgrade, and maintain server and workstation hardware and software.
# Provide end-user technical support
# Create and maintain technical and end-user instructions, procedures and policies.
# Other duties as assigned

The Ideal Candidate shall possess:

Technical Requirements
# Associates degree in MIS, Information Technology, or related discipline
# Knowledge of standard web development concepts and procedures.
# 3-5 years experience in the following areas:
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of basic Server and PC hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows 2000 - 2008 server.
- Setup, installation, and maintenance of a networked environment.
- Network, VMware Infrastructure, SAN and server administration tasks.

Other requirements
# Self-starter with ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
# Must be willing to work on-call for emergencies.
