We currently have an opportunity available for a Sr. SAP Training Lead to work onsite for one of our prestigious DIRECT end clients in Northern, NJ. This is position is a minimum of 1 year in Length.
Client is looking for a Training and Development Lead to join the project team. In this opportunity, you will manage the development of tools and templates related to various training and educational programs for over 140 countries. You will assess and identify individual or group training needs, administer plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs. You will also prepare a variety of training materials and job aides including elearning and classroom training. In addition, you will develop evaluation for the developed programs. Candidates must also be able to understand the technical requirements of training and demonstrations systems used in large scale, international deployments of ERP systems.
Qualified candidates will posses the following *Experience with a blended learning approach to training *Experience with and comfortable use of SAP/RWD uPerform or InfoPak. Being able to record and edit uPerform source recordings is a must *The ability to adapt source information for multiple audiences with minimal rework *Experience with large scale, international project, ERP projects. *If a candidate has SAP experience, which is not required, then FI/CO, SD, CRM and BW would be helpful *Experience gathering and documenting training requirements for IT systems *Strong interpersonal and customer service skills with classroom teaching experience *Ability to manage a small team of staff and work in a dynamic team environment *Strong organizational and planning skills to prioritize and complete tasks of multiple priorities in a timely manner *Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to explain policies, procedures, and technical information clearly and accurately *Ability to manage quickly changing priorities and present strategies clearly and persuasively to senior level leadership
