Require, TECHNICAL DATABASE ADMINISTRATOR with the below mentioned experiences and qualifications, Knowledge and Experience in Health Information Sciences, Health Administration, or a related field, or equivalent education/experience. Five or more years of hands-on experience using MS SQL and other DBMS to administer health related databases with demonstrated experience creating and executing SSIS packages. Two or more years of hands-on experience with Data Warehousing using MS SQL Server Analysis Services to develop OLAP and other business intelligence tool sets. - BE or BS Degree in one of the following subject areas: Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field preferred - 5+ years Microsoft SQL Server experience - Understanding of, and experience with, server-client computing and relational database environments - Experience with data management and data processing flowcharting techniques - Knowledge of reporting and query tools and practices - Good understanding of the organizations goals and objectives - Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - Technical documentation skills - Ability to present ideas in user-friendly language - Self motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail - Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment - Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment - Good written and oral communication skills - Eagerness and ability to learn more applications and contribute to as a team player - Effective written, oral, and documentation skills are essential. - Database & SQL statement tuning - Clustering and replication - RAID configurations - MCDBA and/or MCITP: Database Administration certifications a plus
