Our client, located in Denver, CO is in need of a talented Call Center Analyst with experience in the following:
*Management of full call center implementation life cycle. *Ability to coordinate all aspects of implementation process, including phone and CRM system implementations. *Development of process workflows and detailed business requirements for call center ordering and billing functions *Implementation of new CRM applications *Ability to identify defects, perform root cause analysis, create requirements for defect resolution, and implement defect solutions. *Development of Functional Design documents
*Must be able to travel to other call center implementation sites across the U.S., if need be.
