To support our rapid growth, we are currently seeking a Deputy Project Manager to work in our office in Clarksburg, WV.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Conduct earned value analysis
• Report earned value statistics on a regular basis
• Oversee the development, review and delivery of contractual deliverables
• Oversee requirements development and management activities

• Develop and monitor project schedule

Job Requirements

Due to the nature of the project, U.S. Citizenship is required, as all candidates must possess or have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5-7 years experience in a project management or project supervisory role with mid-large, multi-year/multi-million dollar systems development and deployment
• Proven track record leading large, successful projects
• Demonstrated information technology expertise and communication skills to be able to interface with all levels of government clients
• Earned Value Management (EVM) experience
• PMP certified
• Experience with systems adminstration, security engineering, and network infrastructure
• Experience working with process improvement initiatives (CMMI, ITIL, ISO, etc)
• Working knowledge of MS Project
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor’s degree

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Master’s degree

• Experience working in a data center environment
