Hi! My name is Kimberly Polony & I am a recruiter with TTI of USA, Inc. My client has a long term contract opportunity available in Jersey City, NJ. The description is as follows:

New consultant is required to provide Capacity and Performance Management services to OFTG Tier 1 business critical distributed applications. Specifically this position will focus on:
1. Creating a center of excellence in distributed capacity and performance management
2. Implementing capacity and performance management lifecycle for OFTG Tier 1 applications
3. Planning for the 2X peak business volumes capability across critical applications

  • Expertise in Unix/Linux/Windows performance analysis / monitoring tools
  • Expertise in LoadRunner/PerformanceCenter or equivalent performance testing tool set
  • Experience with developing tools to parse, merge, and analyze performance data
  • Demonstrated ability to

o operate independently and set own priorities
o deal with multiple concurrent work streams
o communicate with management, business, and technical personnel
o learn and understand new technologies and architectures
  • Expertise in Sybase / Oracle / UDB data base administration, engineering and/or development with a performance focus, or performance included as a core responsibility

  • o Database design experience highly desirable
  • Other requirements

o Experience in Weblogic with a performance focus, or performance included as a responsibility
o Knowledge of least one messaging system, with a performance focus, or performance included as a responsibility
? Eg. Tibco, WebSeries MQ
o Involvement in architectural reviews
