• Budgeting Process walk thru in Hyperion Planning
• Fixing issues in Workforce Planning
• Creating a Data Form for Cash Flow Statement
• Troubleshooting issues in Capex Planning

• Documentation

Set SUI to vary by state (currently OR and CA)
Set Workers Comp rates to vary by state and by job class
Turn Pay Grades into a drop down list to prevent usage of inactive or inappropriate grades
Set unique Pay Grades for each department
Split benefit costs down into Health, Dental, Vision, STD/LTD, AD&D
Carry new employees created in Q4 2009 into 2010
Reset default settings in new employee and new asset menus
Budget Commissions
Budget Bonus
Budget Overtime
Set annual merit increases
Load budgeted promotions and raises
Upload data from WF & CE to Opex
URC also has additional troubleshooting and customization to be done before it is an adequate tool for our budgeting needs
