PCG is currently hiring proven Senior Business Analysts and Senior Project Managers with strong brokerage experience to collaborate on some of the largest, most visible projects at the premier organizations in Minneapolis / St. Paul.

Sr. Brokerage Project Manager
Creation and management of end-to-end project plan
Overall management and documentation of issues/risks and resolution
Management of work stream financials, including monthly forecasting and reporting
Management of status meetings, owner touch points, etc.
Oversight of work stream resources
Need 10+ years of brokerage experience
Brokerage conversion platform knowledge
Annuity conversion knowledge
Need mutual fund conversion knowledge
Experience building out transition management plans for operations
Brokerage system knowledge
Ability to collaborate with analyst teams to gather/ revise business conversion requirements
Need institutional and retail brokerage experience

Sr. Brokerage Business Analyst
Develop issue or risk assessment and options for resolution
Collaborate and negotiate to define project scope boundaries
Conduct interviews and/or JAD sessions to define, document, and prioritize business requirements
Develop or refine business processes and process flow diagrams
Develop User Acceptance Test plan and test conditions, and perform testing function
Need 10 + years of brokerage experience
Brokerage conversion platform knowledge
Mutual fund conversion knowledge
Experience building out transition management plans for operations
Brokerage system knowledge
Need institutional and retail brokerage experience
