My direct client in Eden Prairie Minnesota has a contract opening for a HP-UX Administrtator. My client is looking for someone who has 4-5 years of experience with HP-UX Clusters. At this time they have several configurations that need some major attention.
Open position for a senior level HP-UX administrator with experience working in a large, complex IT infrastructure(s). Ideal candidate is a highly motivated self-starter and committed team player with strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills. Provides technical support and consultation for operating systems and applications. Conducts and coordinates the analysis, planning, implementation, and upgrading of systems software and application software.
Must possess 4-5 years of HP UX experience , NPAR / VPAR experience in HP-UX , Experience with HP-UX swinstall commands , Logical Volume Manager LVM &VxVM , Proficient with HP-UX - MP console Excellent communication skills 3+ years of enterprise support experience with one or more of the following: , Solaris 8 or 10 (with zoning) , AIX, RedHat Linux PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED , Shell scripting is a plus , HP-UX Super Dome experience (PA-RISC & Integrity , Some working knowledge Oracle or DB2 , Apache, , Tomcat, , Weblogic, , JBoss and other middleware related applications
Ideally I would like to have this consultant start ASAP.
