One of our direct client is looking for Project Managers, its a consulting job and 100% travel is involved, looking only for US PERMANENT RESIDENTS. Who is willing to join on client payrolls and willing to travel 100%. These positions are in all the regions East Coast, West Coast, Central and also in Mid-West.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage one or more projects of high complexity, or sub-projects within highly complex projects, throughout the project lifecycle. Specific project management activities include:

Managing project scope and working with clients to develop change requests and revisions to Statements of Work where appropriate. Facilitating project discovery and design, conducting preliminary requirements analysis and planning, and participating in the development of proposals, fee estimates, and Statements of Work. Initiating projects, developing and communicating project plans, schedules, revisions to Statements of Work, and project charters. Managing project execution and testing activities according to requirements, designs and solutions. Ensuring quality delivery and a high level of customer satisfaction with the client. Manage project profitability to ensure it maintains, or exceeds, the level it was sold.
Sales Responsibilities:
Participating actively in Client’s sales and business development process by identifying and supporting the development of new opportunities at existing and potential new clients:

Serving as subject matter expert at sales meetings, Developing proposals, statements of work, presentations, and other documentation to support selling efforts, Initiate sales opportunities by identifying specific client needs, Network with clients and partners to identify new sales opportunities, Work with Sales to identify areas of expansion on existing projects, Identify areas within the organization for expansion, Develop key relationships with Sr. Manager, Director, Vice President and Executive level client contacts. Consistently meet yearly revenue managed goals.

Job Requirements

• B.A./B.S. degree in related field
• Demonstrated knowledge of project management best practices on projects of high complexity
• 4 or more years of relevant work experience
• Detailed IT knowledge
• Detailed enterprise software system knowledge
• Detailed SDLC knowledge
• Ability to influence others without having authority over them
• Experience leading and managing teams of people
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must posses a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
• Should have a passion for technology

• Willing to travel up to 100% of the time

Other Useful:

• Previous positions at a Big 4 consulting firm, major systems integrator or similar consulting experience.

• Strong background with the major ERP/CRM packages (e.g. SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft).
