This is an opportunity to join a leader in their field working in a client facing role architecting actionscript solutions for a gold list of blue chip clients. You will lead technology agnostic development teams from architecture through implementation. In this role, you will work with cutting-edge technologies choosing the right technology solution to fit the clients interactive application needs. You must be an authority in one or more development languages to be considered for this role; including actionscript.

To be considered you must have:

• 2 or more years of experience in a lead role building and deploying large flash based application projects.
• The ability to manage resources and multiple projects simultaneously.
• 5 or more years of strong object oriented development experience working with Actionscript and design patterns.
• An understanding of Content Management and eCommerce.

• A big plus is prior experience in a client facing role or fast-paced software delivery model.
