Job Detail

The Markets & Banking Technology Resource Strategy program is a multi-year effort (2007-2010) that aims to optimize the resource mix within the division. The program:

*Represents a key part of the enterprise IT Cost Reduction program *Involves all Markets & Banking business units *Is global in nature, covering all regions where the division has a presence

The Program Management Office (PMO) has the following responsibilities: *Create program targets for every business line and geography and track progress against these targets over time
oAnnual planning process
oMid-year forecast
oOn-going forecasts of program end-state based on current status and latest projections of future activity *Create and track a set of metrics for measuring program success
oOperational metrics (e.g., staff mix across high-, medium- and low-cost locations)
oFinancial metrics (e.g., program saves, average cost per resource over time) *Identify data sources and manage data collection to generate program metrics over time, highlighting the program*s progress as well as areas in need of improvement *Create communications to multiple program stakeholders on a timely basis in a clear way *Facilitate, coordinate, and arbitrate cross-functional topics with key stakeholders

Requirements to include: *Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in IT or business *At least 8 years experience in successfully managing complex technology projects *At least 5 years experience in Program management during which s/he applied a structured approach to planning, management, tracking, and reporting of projects spanning broad geographies and organizations *Excellent influencing, facilitation, and partnering skills *Experience and ease in interfacing with Senior Management *Individual should be analytical, flexible, resourceful, team-oriented, have good interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task *Technical proficiencies in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
