As a global company with facilities in more than 50 countries we have an immediate opening at the company’s New Jersey headquarters for a global IS Partnership Manager supporting the People & Performance, Communications and Legal functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overall customer satisfaction with the IS relationship, including infrastructure services.
  • Single point of contact for all IS needs for the business.
  • Serve as a key link and advocate for the functions represented into the broader IS community.
  • Serve as a resource for the functional unit i.e., they should :-

o Market current IS capabilities and service offers
o By working with other IS teams, proactively identify opportunities to add value through new technology and process change
o Understand how competitors and others may be leveraging new technology
o Ultimately, help the group understand how to best take strategic advantage of the services and support IS can offer, and how to make the information system a strategic advantage for them.
  • Bring forth information and updates from the general IS team into the Functional Unit.
  • Understand customer*s strategies, key success factors, and value chain. Bring that information back into the IS community, and ensure that appropriate actions are taken, ie. long term planning proposals are created where necessary to enable business strategies.
  • Be a participating member of the team. Provide input into strategy, direction and business process for the Functional Units, and jointly own the success of same.
  • Help organization adopt best in class practices, new technologies and applications
  • Coordinate with other Partnership Managers to leverage shared opportunities, agree on and implement best practices
  • In coordination with other Partnership Managers, prioritize the demand that is fed back in to IS

Principle Accountabilities:

  • Overall customer satisfaction with the IS relationship
  • Ensuring key strategic business projects are communicated to appropriate IS personnel and appropriate procedures are followed to initiate action.
  • Ensuring IS key goals, priorities and key processes are communicated and understood
  • Communicating project portfolio status to functions represented, especially where something is off-track
  • Agreeing and reporting customer specific service levels, and taking appropriate actions where service levels fall short
  • Assisting project managers to obtain timely resolution of business process issues.
  • Effectively Managing Customer complaints

Major interfaces: P&P Management Team. Corporate Communications Management Team, Legal Services Management Team. I. S. Partnership Management Team. I.S. Project Office. I.S. Investment Committee. I.S. New Service Delivery Team Managers and Project Managers. I.S. Current Service Delivery Team Managers. Infrastructure Leads.

Qualifications: Educated to degree level in relevant field.
4 * 6 years of experience in similar senior IS role.
Extensive Project Management Experience.
Extensive Knowledge of SAP ERP/HCM software.
