Duties:

Analyze and map clients business requirements to SAP

Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and

instruction on ESS/MSS functionality.

Configuration.

Acts as a liaison for troubleshooting: investigates, analyzes, and

solves configuration issues problems.

Advice the client regarding best practices.

SKills Required:

2-5 years SAP PA, PD, OM.

Minimum of 2+ yrs experience with SAP HR ESS/MSS module.

Experience to include implementation planning, fit analysis,

configuration, testing, rollout and post-implementation support.

Ability to resolve configuration and functional business issues

across the HR/ESS/MSS module in a hands-on manner is critical.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Should have end-to-end implementation experience in

understanding the remaining critical milestones and deliverables
for a successful Go-Live
